Import your ProductReview reviews into Shapo and display them on your website using Shapo’s review widgets. This guide explains how to fetch your reviews, customize how they appear, and embed them on your site.
1. Go to the Testimonials Section
Log in to your Shapo account.
Head over to the "Testimonials" section in your Shapo dashboard.
Once you're on the "Testimonials" page, click the "Import" button to begin the import process.
2. Select ProductReview as the Source
A pop-up window will appear with several import source options.
Select "ProductReview" from the list:
3. Enter Your ProductReview Link
Go to ProductReview and find your business/product page (https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/your-business). Copy the page URL and paste it in Shapo.
4. Customize Your Review Preferences
After selecting your business, you can adjust your review preferences: Choose to filter reviews based on their star rating (e.g., only import 5-star reviews), and if you wand to import empty reviews as well:
Once you've set your preferences, click "Fetch Reviews" to move forward.
5. Pick Reviews to Import
You’ll have an option to import up to 1,000 reviews that match your filters:
Or you can select the reviews you want to import from a list of reviews based on the filters you applied. Select the reviews you want to add by checking the boxes next to them:
Additionally, you can tag your testimonials for better organization and decide if you’d like to enable automatic imports for new reviews (once every 24 hours):
When everything looks good, click "Import Reviews".
6. Manage Your Imported Reviews
Success! The reviews have been imported into your Shapo workspace.
You can view and manage these reviews in the "Testimonials" section of your dashboard.
7. Showcase Reviews Using a Widget
Go to the "Widgets" section in your Shapo dashboard.
Create a new widget.
Select a widget layout (carousel, grid, list, etc.).
Customize the widget’s appearance:
Save your widget.
Embed it on your site using the provided code.
Done! You’ve successfully imported reviews from ProductReview to highlight the positive feedback from your customers on your website or landing page. Enjoy the increased credibility and trust these reviews bring to your brand!
