How to Import x.com (Twitter) Post as a Testimonial

Testimonials are a powerful way to showcase the positive experiences your customers have had with your product or service. If you have a glowing review or testimonial on Twitter that you'd like to include on your Shapo workspace, you can easily do so by following these simple steps.

Step 1: Access the Testimonials Page

Locate and click on the "Testimonials" tab or option. This is where you can manage your testimonials.

Step 2: Import a Twitter Testimonial

  1. Within the Testimonials page, look for the "Import" button or option. It is usually prominently displayed on the page. Click on it to start the importing process.

  2. A modal window will appear, offering you various sources for importing testimonials. Select the "Twitter" source to proceed.
    ​

  3. You will now need to locate and copy the link to the specific Twitter post that you want to import as a testimonial. This is the tweet that contains the customer's positive feedback or review.
    ​

  4. Go to your Twitter account or the Twitter website and find the desired tweet.
    ​

  5. Click on the tweet to open it in full view.
    ​

  6. In the address bar of your web browser, you will find the URL of the tweet. Copy this URL to your clipboard.
    ​

  7. Return to the Shapo modal window.
    ​

  8. In the "Post URL" field within the modal, paste the URL that you copied from the Twitter post. It should look like https://twitter.com/starter_story/status/1517579003082817537
    ​

  9. Double-check to ensure that the link is correct.
    ​

  10. After verifying the link, click the "Import Testimonial" button in the modal.
