Looking to boost your trust by showcasing authentic testimonials from Realtor.com? You’re in the perfect place! Follow this step-by-step guide to import reviews directly from Realtor.com and display the positive feedback from your clients. Let’s dive in.
Step 1: Go to the Testimonials Section
Log in to your Shapo dashboard.
Once logged in, head over to the "Testimonials" section located in your dashboard menu.
On the "Testimonials" page, click on the "Import" button to start the review import process.
Step 2: Choose Realtor.com as the Source
A window will pop up showing different sources to import from. Select "Realtor.com" from the available options:
Step 3: Provide Your Realtor.com URL
Head over to Realtor.com and locate your profile.
Copy the URL of the page and paste it into the input field provided in your dashboard:
Step 4: Configure Your Review Preferences
After linking to your Realtor.com page, you’ll have the option to set your review preferences:
Filter Reviews: You can filter reviews based on the number of stars (e.g., only import 5-star reviews).
Ignore or fetch empty reviews: Choose whether to exclude reviews with no content, or not.
Once you’ve made your selections, click "Fetch Reviews" to proceed.
Step 5: Select Reviews for Import
A list of reviews matching your criteria will appear. Browse through and check the boxes next to the reviews you wish to import.
Decide if you want Shapo to automatically import new reviews (keep in mind that reviews are automatically imported once every 24 hours).
When you're ready, hit the "Import Reviews" button to bring those reviews into your dashboard.
Congratulations! Your selected reviews have been successfully imported into your system.
You can view and manage these reviews by going back to the "Testimonials" section in your dashboard.
