Open the Testimonials Section: Log in to your account. Once you’re logged in, find and click the "Testimonials" tab in your dashboard. From here, select the "Import" option to begin.

Choose Etsy as the Source: You’ll see a pop-up with various platforms to import from. Pick "Etsy" from the list of available sources.

Provide Your Etsy Shop Link: Head over to Etsy, find your shop’s main page, and copy the URL. Paste this link into the input field provided in your dashboard.

Set Your Review Preferences: Once your shop is linked, you’ll have the ability to filter reviews by various criteria, such as only importing those with high ratings, or only reviews that have text. After making your selection, click "Fetch Reviews" to proceed.

Select Which Reviews to Import: A list of reviews that meet your filters will appear. Go through and check the boxes next to the reviews you want to import, then click the "Import Reviews" button.
