This guide will take you through the process of importing Zillow reviews step-by-step. Let’s get started.
Step 1: Open the Testimonials Section
Log into your Shapo account and navigate to the "Testimonials" section in your dashboard. Click the "Import" button to start the import.
Step 2: Choose Zillow as Your Source
A pop-up window will appear, showing multiple platforms. Select "Zillow" from the list of available sources:
Step 3: Enter Your Zillow Profile Link
Go to Zillow, locate your profile or property page, copy the URL, and paste it into the designated field in your dashboard:
Step 4: Set Your Review Filters
After you’ve entered your Zillow URL, you’ll be able to apply filters to your imported reviews. You can choose to bring in reviews with minimum star ratings or only those that include written feedback.
Once you've adjusted the filters to your preference, click "Fetch Reviews" to proceed.
Step 5: Choose Which Reviews to Import
A list of reviews matching your criteria will be displayed. Select the reviews you want to import by checking the boxes next to each one:
If you’d like, you can add a tag to the testimonials and decide if you want to enable automatic imports of new reviews (the auto-import is once every 24 hours):
Once you’re ready, click "Import Reviews."
Step 6: Manage Your Imported Testimonials
Excellent! Your chosen Zillow reviews have now been imported into your "Testimonials" section. You can manage them in the "Testimonials" section.
