This guide will walk you through how to import reviews from AppSumo to your Shapo testimonials. Let’s get started:
Step 1: Open the Testimonials Section
Log into your Shapo account and head over to the "Testimonials" section in your dashboard. Click the "Import" button to initiate the review import process.
Step 2: Select AppSumo as Your Source
A pop-up window will show different platforms. Select AppSumo from the available sources:
Step 3: Paste Your AppSumo Product Link
Go to AppSumo, find your product page, copy the URL, and paste it into the provided field in your dashboard:
Step 4: Apply Review Filters
Once your AppSumo URL is entered, you can apply filters. For example, you can choose to import only reviews with certain star ratings or those that include text.
After setting your preferences, click "Fetch Reviews" to continue.
Step 5: Select Reviews to Import
A list of reviews that match your chosen filters will be shown. Go through the list and check the boxes next to the reviews you want to import:
You can add a tag and also opt for automatic daily imports of new reviews:
When you’re ready, click "Import Reviews".
And that's it! Your selected AppSumo reviews are now available in the "Testimonials" section, where you can manage and organize them as needed.
