Step 1: Go to your Testimonials Section
Log into your Shapo account and head to the "Testimonials" section located in your dashboard. To begin the import process, click the "Import" button.
Step 2: Choose Reviews.io as the Source
A pop-up will display several platforms to import reviews from. Select "Reviews.io" from the options provided:
Step 3: Paste Your Reviews.io Page URL
Input your page URL which can be found when visiting your page on Reviews.io, e.g.:
Paste this link into the designated field in your Shapo dashboard.
Step 4: Customize Your Import Preferences
After entering your Reviews.io link, you’ll have the option to filter reviews. You can choose reviews based on star ratings, or import only those with written feedback:
Once you’ve made your selections, click "Fetch Reviews" to import the data.
Step 5: Select Reviews for Import
A list of reviews that meet your criteria will be displayed. Select the reviews you wish to import by checking the appropriate boxes.
You can decide if you want to add a tag and if you want to enable daily automatic imports of new reviews:
After making your selections, click "Import Reviews."
