This guide walks you through the simple steps to import testimonials from Shopper Approved and make your Shapo profile shine with real customer feedback.
Let’s get started.
Step 1: Log in to Shapo
Log in to your Shapo account and open your Dashboard.
Step 2: Go to the Testimonials Section
From your dashboard, navigate to the “Testimonials” tab.
Step 3: Start the Import Process
Click the “Import” button to begin.
A pop-up window will appear showing different review sources.
Select “Shopper Approved” from the list.
Step 5: Find Your Shopper Approved Site ID & API Token
Use this guide to find your Shopper Approved Site ID & API Token and paste them into the fields and click Fetch Reviews.
Now, select the testimonials you wish to import and continue :)
