Looking to add your TrustIndex reviews to your Shapo account? You’re in the right place! This quick guide will walk you through importing testimonials from Trustindex so you can proudly display your customer feedback directly on your Shapo widgets.
Let’s get started.
Step 1: Go to the Testimonials Section
Log in to your Shapo account.
From your dashboard, navigate to the “Testimonials” section.
Once there, click the “Import” button to begin the import process.
Step 2: Select Trustindex as the Source
A pop-up window will appear showing multiple import source options.
Select “TrustIndex” from the list to continue.
Step 3: Enter Your Trustindex Link
Copy your TrustIndex's public page URL and paste it into the field provided in Shapo.
Step 4: Customize Your Review Preferences
Once your Trustindex link is added, you can adjust your review import preferences:
Filter by Rating – Choose to import only reviews with specific ratings (for example, 4 stars and above).
Empty reviews – Decide whether to import empty reviews as well
After setting your preferences, click “Fetch Reviews” to continue.
Step 5: Pick Reviews to Import
Shapo will display a list of Trustindex reviews that match your selected filters.
Browse through the list and select the reviews you’d like to import by checking the boxes next to them.
If you want, you can also choose to automatically import up to 1,000 of the latest reviews that meet your criteria.
When ready, click “Import Reviews.”
Step 6: Manage Your Imported Reviews
Congratulations! Your Trustindex testimonials are now in your Shapo workspace!
You can view, edit, or organize them anytime under the “Testimonials” section in your dashboard.
Step 7: Showcase Reviews Using a Widget
Want to display your imported reviews on your website?
Go to the Widgets page in Shapo.
Click “Create New Widget” and customize its look to match your brand’s style.
Copy the provided embed code and paste it into your website or landing page.
Done! You’ve successfully imported testimonials from Trustindex to Shapo.
Now your authentic customer feedback can shine on your site, helping you build more trust and attract new customers with every review.
