Tags are a powerful tool that allows you to categorize and streamline your testimonial management process within Shapo.

By using tags, you can effortlessly organize your testimonials and display specific ones in widgets, or even automate the tagging process for testimonials submitted through forms. In this comprehensive guide, we will explore four essential sections on how to effectively harness the potential of tags within Shapo.

Adding Tags to Existing or New Testimonials

When it comes to managing your testimonials, whether they are newly imported or undergoing edits, Shapo makes it simple to apply tags. By selecting the most relevant tags or creating new ones, you can easily categorize your testimonials for future reference.

Adding Tags to Widgets

Enhance the functionality of your widgets by incorporating tags. This feature enables you to display testimonials that match specific tags, providing you with the flexibility to showcase content tailored to your audience.

For instance, if you have testimonials tagged as "paying customers," you can add this tag to a widget to exclusively exhibit testimonials associated with "paying clients."

Adding Tags to a Form

Simplify your workflow by assigning tags to forms within Shapo. When tags are applied to a particular form, any testimonials submitted through that form will automatically inherit those tags. For instance, by adding the tag "support" to a form, all testimonials originating from that form will be conveniently tagged with "support."

Managing Tags in Workspace Settings

Effortlessly oversee and control your tags by navigating to the Settings page within your workspace.

Here, you have the option to rename tags or remove them from your workspace as needed. This level of tag management ensures that your testimonial organization remains efficient and tailored to your evolving needs.
