Adding customer testimonials to your website is a great way to build trust and improve conversions. With Shapo, you can easily import testimonials and showcase them using a widget. This guide will walk you through the process of adding Shapo testimonials or testimonial collection forms to your Wix site in just a few simple steps.

First, install the <a href="https://www.wix.com/app-market/web-solution/shapo-reviews-and-testimonials" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Shapo app</a> on Wix ​

Step 2: Import Testimonials &amp; Create a Widget

In your Shapo dashboard, import testimonials from different sources: <a href="https://help.shapo.io/en/articles/9557619-importing-testimonials-from-google">Google</a>/<a href="https://help.shapo.io/en/articles/9810474-importing-testimonials-from-capterra">Capterra</a>/<a href="https://help.shapo.io/en/articles/9826668-importing-testimonials-from-etsy">Etsy</a>/etc.

Create a testimonials widget to display the testimonials by following this <a href="https://help.shapo.io/en/articles/9560946-how-to-create-a-widget-to-showcase-your-testimonials">guide</a>.

You can also create a form to collect testimonial with Shapo, see this <a href="https://help.shapo.io/en/articles/9557486-how-to-create-a-testimonial-collection-form">guide</a>. ​​

1. Add a section where you want to place the widget.

Select App Widgets &gt; now you can select if you want to add a Testimonials Widget or a Form Widget ​

1. Open your Wix site editor.
2. Add a section where you want to place the widget.
3. Click Add Elements: ​

4. Select App Widgets &gt; now you can select if you want to add a Testimonials Widget or a Form Widget ​

Click Please choose a widget to display &gt; Select Widget ​ ​

A list of your Shapo Widgets will show up, select the relevant widget you want to display on your Wix site: ​

Adjust the size of your widget and click Publish.

Done! Your testimonials is now visible on your Wix site. See example: ​

4. Adjust the size of your widget and click Publish.
