Embedding a testimonial collection form on your Podia page is a great way to gather valuable feedback and display customer testimonials. With Shapo, this process is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps to add a testimonial collection form to your Podia site.

Step 1: Create or Select Your Form

First, you’ll need to create a testimonial collection form using Shapo. If you already have a form, you can use that one instead. Shapo offers customizable forms to suit your specific needs, allowing you to ask the right questions and gather the most relevant feedback from your customers.

Step 2: Get the Direct Link to Your Form

Once your form is ready, click the "Embed" button in Shapo to generate the direct link to your form. This unique URL is what you'll use to embed the form on your Podia page.

Step 3: Embed the Form in Podia

Now, head over to your Podia page where you want to embed the form.

In the text area, type in the / command to bring up the available options. From the dropdown menu, select </> Embed.

Step 4: Paste the Link and Insert

Simply paste the unique URL of your Shapo form into the provided field, then click "Insert." The testimonial collection form will automatically embed itself into your Podia page.

Step 5: Verify the Embed

After embedding, the form should populate immediately on your Podia page. You’re all set! Visitors to your Podia site can now fill out the testimonial form, providing you with valuable feedback to showcase.
