Video testimonials are a powerful way to build trust and showcase positive customer experiences. Shapo makes it easy for you to gather these testimonials directly from your customers. Follow this step-by-step guide to enable and collect video testimonials.

  1. Navigate to the "Forms" tab to manage your forms. You can either create a new form by clicking "New Form" or edit an existing one by selecting "Edit" next to the form you want to update.

  2. In the form builder, locate the "Welcome" section. To allow customers to leave video testimonials, enable the "Accept Video Testimonials" option by toggling the switch.

    Keep in mind that each video testimonial has a maximum video length of 90 seconds.


  3. Next, customize your form by adding instructions for your customers. A simple message encouraging them to leave a video testimonial can be very effective. After adding any additional customizations, save your form to apply the changes.


  4. Once your form is ready, you need to share it with your customers. Embed the form on your website using the provided embed code, or share the form link via email, social media, and other communication channels to reach your audience.


  5. Finally, Shapo will automatically display the submitted video testimonials across your widgets, such as your homepage or testimonial page. You can manage and moderate these testimonials from your Shapo dashboard to ensure they meet your quality standards.
