Are you looking to gather testimonials from your customers? Shapo makes it easy to create a testimonial collection form that's both user-friendly and customizable. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to create your own testimonial collection form on Shapo.
Step 1: Access the Forms Page
Access Workspace: Once logged in, navigate to your workspace where you manage your forms.
Go to Forms: On the workspace dashboard, locate and click on the "Forms" option. This will take you to the forms management page.
Step 2: Create a New Form
Create New Form: On the forms management page, you will see an option to create a new form. Click on this button to start the process.
Give Your Form a Name: You'll be prompted to give your form a name. Choose a name that reflects the purpose of the form, such as "Customer Testimonials."
Edit and Configure: After naming your form, you will be directed to the form editor where you can customize and configure it further.
Step 3: Configure the Testimonial Form
Navigate Between Pages: On the left-side panel, you'll see a section labeled "Pages." You can use this section to navigate between the different pages of your form.
Testimonial Page: This is where your customers will leave their testimonials. Customize the page title and welcome message to make it inviting.
Personal Details Page: Customize the page title and description for this section. You can also decide which information to collect from the customer. By default, full name and email are required. You can toggle on additional fields like website, phone number, etc.
Thank You Page: This is the final step after a testimonial has been submitted. Customize it to display a thank you message and show appreciation to your customers.
Step 4: Design Your Form
Design Section: Shapo gives you the option to control the look and feel of your form. You can upload your logo, change colors, and make other design customizations to match your brand's style.
Step 5: General Settings
General Page: In this section, you can control the form's name and branding options. Note that hiding branding is available for Pro customers only.
Step 6: Save and Publish
Save Your Form: After configuring your form to your liking, make sure to save your changes.
Live Form: You can always click the "View" button to see your form live.
