Importing Testimonials from Google
Are you looking to enhance your Shapo product page with authentic Google testimonials? You're in the right place! This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of importing testimonials from Google to showcase the positive experiences of your customers. Let's get started.
Log in to your Shapo account.
Navigate to the "Testimonials" section within your Shapo dashboard.
Once you're on the "Testimonials" page, you'll find an "Import" button. Click on it to initiate the import process.
A modal window will appear with various import source options. Choose "Google" from the available sources.
In the modal window, you will be prompted to search for your business as it is displayed on Google. Enter your business name in the search bar.
A list of results will be displayed. Select your business from the list to proceed.
After selecting your business, you'll have the option to configure your review preferences:
Filter Reviews: You can filter reviews based on the number of stars (e.g., only import 5-star reviews).
Ignore or fetch empty reviews: Choose whether to exclude reviews with no content, or not.
Language Preference: Decide whether to show all reviews in English (translated) or keep the original text.
Once you've configured your preferences, click the "Fetch Reviews" button to proceed.
A list of reviews that match your configured preferences will be displayed. Review the list and select the testimonials you want to import to your Shapo account by checking the corresponding checkboxes next to each review.
After making your selections, click the "Import Selected Reviews" button.
Congratulations! The selected testimonials have now been imported into your Shapo workspace.
You can access and manage these testimonials in the "Testimonials" section of your dashboard.
