This feature lets you display different thank you pages based on the star rating a customer gives, allowing you to tailor the experience for both positive and negative feedback.
Here’s how to set it up!
Step 1: Enable Star Ratings
Before using the conditional thank you page feature, make sure the Require Star Rating option is enabled:
In the Form Editor, navigate to the Testimonial section.
Toggle on Require Star Rating to collect customer ratings alongside their testimonials.
Step 2: Configure the Conditional Thank You Page
Once star ratings are required, you can set up the conditional thank you page:
In the Form Editor, go to the Thank You section.
Enable the Rating-Based Thank You Page option.
Set the Rating Threshold — choose the star rating below which feedback will be considered negative. For example, set the threshold to 4 stars if you want users' ratings of 3 stars or lower to see a different thank you page.
