Looking to showcase authentic feedback from your app’s users on the App Store? You’re in the right place! This guide will walk you through importing reviews from the App Store:
Step 1: Open the Testimonials Section
Log into your account and navigate to the "Testimonials" section on your dashboard. Once there, click the "Import" button.
Step 2: Select App Store as the Review Source
A pop-up window will appear, offering several platforms for importing reviews. From this list, choose "App Store" as your source:
Step 3: Enter Your App Store URL
Go to your app’s page on the App Store, copy the URL, and paste it into the designated field in your dashboard.
Step 4: Set Your Review Preferences
After linking your App Store page, you’ll have the option to choose your preferences. For instance, you can choose to import only reviews with more than x star ratings or ones that have text. Once you’ve adjusted your preferences, click "Fetch Reviews" to proceed.
Step 5: Review and Import Your Selected Reviews
A list of reviews that match your filters will be displayed. Go through and select the reviews you want by checking the boxes next to them.
Before you import the reviews, decide if you want to add a tag to these testimonials and if want Shapo to import new reviews Automatically or not:
Next, hit "Import Reviews."
Step 6: Manage Your Imported Reviews
Your selected App Store reviews are now imported. You can find and manage them in the "Testimonials" section of your dashboard.
