This guide will walk you through the process of importing Play Store reviews. Let’s dive in.
Step 1: Access the Testimonials Section
Log into your Shapo account and go to the "Testimonials" section on your dashboard. Click the "Import" button to get started.
Step 2: Select Play Store as Your Source
A window will pop up, displaying several platforms. Choose "Play Store" from the list of available sources:
Step 3: Add Your Play Store URL
Go to the Play Store, find your app’s page, copy the URL, and paste it into the provided field in your dashboard:
Step 4: Customize Your Review Filters
Once your Play Store URL is entered, you’ll have the option to apply filters: selecting reviews that have a certain rating, or only ones that have text.
When you’ve set your preferences, click "Fetch Reviews" to move to the next step:
Step 5: Select Reviews to Import
A list of reviews that match your criteria will appear. Go through the list and check the boxes next to the reviews you want to import. Once selected, you can also decide if you want new reviews to be imported automatically once every 24 hours.
Next, click "Import Reviews".
Great work! Your selected Play Store reviews are now in your "Testimonials" section. You can manage and organize them as you see fit.
