This guide will help you import reviews from Judge.me into your testimonials section.
Step 1: Go to the Testimonials Section
Log into your Shapo account and navigate to the "Testimonials" section on your dashboard. Once there, click the "Import" button to start the process.
Step 2: Select Judge.me as Your Source
A pop-up will display a variety of platforms you can import reviews from. Choose "Judge.me" from the list of available options:
Step 3: Enter Your Domain and Judge.me Private Token
On your Judge.me dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Developers > Judge.me API (https://judge.me/settings?jump_to=judge.me+api), copy your Shop Domain and Private API Token. See this article for more information.

Step 4: Set Your Review Preferences
Next, you can customize the type of reviews you want to import. You can filter by star ratings:
Once your preferences are set, click "Fetch Reviews" to proceed.
Step 5: Select Reviews for Import
A list of reviews that meet your criteria will appear. Select the ones you want to import as testimonials by checking the boxes next to each review:
You can also add a tag or enable automatic importing of new reviews if you'd like (once every 24 hours):
When ready, click "Import Reviews."
That’s it!
The reviews you selected are now available in your "Testimonials" section, ready for you to manage or display as needed.
