You can easily display the total number of reviews and the average rating across all your testimonials. This feature is available for both widgets and the Wall of Love, giving your site visitors a quick overview of your customer feedback.
Here’s how to enable this feature for both.
For Widgets:
Navigate to the Widgets section in your Shapo dashboard.
Edit the widget you want to display the total reviews and average rating in.
Open the Settings section.
Toggle on the option labeled "Show Total Number of Reviews".
Save your changes, and the widget will now display your workspace's total reviews and average rating.
For Wall of Love:
Open the Wall of Love section in your Shapo dashboard.
Navigate to the Hero Section
Enable the Show Total Number of Reviews option.
Save your changes, and your Wall of Love will now show the total number of reviews alongside the average rating at the top.
