If you find a video testimonial about your business published around the web on platforms like Youtube, Loom, Vimeo or others you can now use these videos in Shapo. This guide will walk you through the manual process of adding them to your Shapo account. Let’s get started!

First, ensure you have the video testimonial saved on your device. If the video was shared via email, cloud storage, or a video hosting platform, download it to your computer before moving forward.

Log into your Shapo account and navigate to the "Testimonials" section from your dashboard. Once there, click the "Import" button, a window will offer several platforms to import reviews from. Pick "Video Testimonial" from the list of sources:

First, you need to fill in the customer’s details. Enter their full name, tagline (position + company) email address (if applicable). You can also add a link to the review, star rating (required), the customer's profile picture:

Next, upload a video. Click the video sign under "Upload a video", locate and upload the video testimonial from your device:

A preview of the video will show up and you'll have the option to play it. If you want to use a different file, you have the option to click "Remove" on the top right of the video and select a new video from your device.

You can add text to the testimonial under "Message" if the review included a text as well.

Feel free to assign a tag to the testimonial if you'd like, and add a date.

Once you’ve filled out all the necessary information, click "Add Testimonial" to finalize the upload.

Done!

The video testimonial will now appear in your "Testimonials" section, where you can manage and edit it.
